I created my one-on-one coaching program and pour my time and energy into helping you succeed, because when I was struggling with my weight, I wish I had someone to hold my hand and do the same.

I wish I had someone to help me break all the food rules I set for myself. I wish I had someone to encourage me to ditch the food rules sooner, and guide me through a fitness plan that I WANTED to do.

My 3-Month Coaching Program Includes:

    1. Guidance in nutrition with calculated macros and follow-ups using a shared nutrition diary, so you know exactly how much to eat and how to raise your energy to build lean muscle.
    2. A customized fitness plan using the Sammi Gregory Fitness App, so you look forward to your workouts and plan. Workouts can be done at the gym or at home, depending on what resources are available to you.
    3. A Private Facebook Community with weekly group calls and replays available so you can break your habits and develop a healthy way of life.
    4. Access to my exclusive course training website that’s full of fitness, nutrition, and mindset training videos, PDFs and recipes, so you understand how to be successful long term. Having a degree in journalism and working in the marketing department at a winery taught me about building relationships, teaching, and the importance of sharing your knowledge.
    5. Weekly check in via email audio response where we'll check your progress through a number of variables that's NOT just your weight on the scale.
    6. 100% unlimited access to me for coaching during our time together (but remember I’m always working on my own fitness, loving up my husband and doggies, training in the saddle, and continuously learning about health and wellness.)
